One or both testicles have not moved down into the scrotum. If a testicle has not descended by 6 months, an operation called orchidopexy brings it down, which protects future fertility and makes it easier to check.
A tight foreskin is normal in young boys. Treatment is needed when it causes pain, ballooning while passing urine or repeated infections. Many boys improve with creams, and circumcision is advised only when needed.
